Once or twice I've sent my PB 1.33 to sleep with Live still running.. If I leave it for a few hours and wake it up some times Live doesn't want to play and also the system locks up.. system clock seems to be stuck at the time I sent it to sleep.. It doesn't happen with other programs left running..

Sep 10, 2012 Ableton Live 8.3.3/4 Crashes on start because of Radeon 4890 I have a Sapphire Vapor-X Radeon 4890 HD. It was working just great with Ableton Live until Lion 10.7.2. I upgraded to 10.7.4 and Ableton Live won't run anymore, crashes at startup. I have done all the Google research I can,. Jul 31, 2012 having a ton of problems in ableton 8. Not sure what to do. Takes a long time to open, projects longer, wont play anything back, freezes, crashes. I have a home studio. I recently got a edirol ua-1000 seems to be part of my problem. Was using an eie and it was fine. Switched and nothing but problems. Mac OSX, Ableton 10. Originally crashed when I tried to Command + C. Recovered work, and then when I went to save the project again, it just crashes. I've tried to 'Collect All and Save' and 'Save live set as' but every time it tries to write the project file it just crashes. Did you loose your ableton project after a crash? Did you click 'no' when ableton asked you to recover your project and now you lost everything? I can help you! You will have to send me the crash report and I will try to recover your project from the undo file generated by ableton live. I will refund you if recovery is unsuccessful. Any similar experiences? Is this a OS X problem or is Live hogging some important little nodule that brings my mac back to life..?
Serves me right for doing anything else other than using Live I reckon..
